Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by WarBrief.live (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you are prohibited from using the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be reflected by the "Effective Date" at the top of this document. Continued use of the platform following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such modifications.
CRITICAL NOTICE
Users operating in active conflict zones or providing intelligence data under state-sponsored roles are subject to additional Operational Security (OPSEC) guidelines found in our Supplemental Intelligence Protocol.
Intellectual Property & Licensing
All content included on the Service, such as text, tactical maps, briefing charts, logos, and intelligence reports, is the property of WarBrief.live or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

LIMITED LICENSE We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service strictly in accordance with these terms for professional and analytical purposes.

PROHIBITED REDISTRIBUTION Commercial redistribution of SITREPs or raw tactical data feeds is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization from the Editorial Board.
User Conduct & Data Accuracy
Accuracy is the cornerstone of our tactical operations. Users contributing data via our crowd-sourced intelligence (OSINT) channels must ensure:
VERIFICATION
All submitted geo-location data must be accompanied by primary source metadata or visual evidence for triage and validation.
NON-INTERFERENCE
Users shall not engage in disinformation campaigns or purposeful obscuring of operational facts on the platform.
Failure to comply with conduct standards may result in immediate revocation of access and potential reporting to relevant oversight bodies.
Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL WARBRIEF.LIVE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WARBRIEF.LIVE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Tactical reporting involves inherent risks and delays; we do not guarantee the real-time accuracy of battlefront positions or casualty reports.
Governing Law
These terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Jurisdiction of Neutral Operations (JNO), without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision.
